About

We are the Grant family, from Dorchester Cape, New Brunswick, Canada. We are family-oriented and enjoy being together, playing games, and traveling.

Being home-schooled, our kids found many ways to have fun, including purposefully mispronouncing words (pronouncing words exactly the way they are spelled) and misspelling words (spelling words exactly the way they are pronounced).

During one of our family times is when Snel first came about. It started with doodles on the edge of score sheets for a game we were playing.

Snel – is a snail that has a hard time with spelling. He likes to get out there and do things like everyone else. You can spot him every once in a while in some of our photos.
